After the official public premiere of the exclusive high-performance mid-size vehicle - 2011 Alpina B5 Bi-Turbo – that took place at the UK's famous Goodwood Festival of Speed, the guys at the premium aftermarket brand have now released a small pack of high-resolution images, which reveal fully the refined face of the Bavarian eye-catcher.

Under the enhanced dress, the newly-tweaked ride benefits from the already known from the B7 conversion 4.4-litre V8 Bi-Turbo power unit that delivers the astonishing 507 horsepower (373 kW) at 5,500 revs and peak torque of 700Nm between 3,000 and 4,750 rpm. Furthermore, the new 2011 B5 Bi-Turbo boasts a special high-performance cooling package, an Alpina/Honeywell-Garrett exhaust unit, as well as an eight-speed automatic transmission.

For the ultimate driving experience and matchless handling qualities, the sleek Alpina conversion packs a shorter yet very progressive springs and special suspension arms, which in combination results in more camber on the front track.

In addition to the extraordinary balanced and direct chassis set-up, the Alpina B5 Bi-Turbo also sports the brand's renowned multi-spoke 20-inch lightweight rims wrapped with the most advanced high performance tyre technology available today, the new MICHELIN PILOT SUPER SPORT tyres, which measure 255/35ZR20 at the front and 285/30ZR20 at the rear axle.
