Cadillac has released the full specifications list of the announced earlier 2011 CTS-V Coupe, which will make its official premiere at the 2010 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe combines in itself the new dramatic design of the CTS Coupe and the 556-horsepower supercharged V-8 engine unit fitted in the CTS-V sedan.

The new luxury sports coupe will start production this summer, its performance features include Magnetic Ride Control, racing-bred Brembo brakes and automatic transmission with paddle-shift control.

Outside, the vehicle is distinguished by a unique grille that doubles the air intake volume and further speaks for CTS-V Coupe's enormous performance level. Its exhaust unit is centered inside the rear fascia with unique twin outlets. The newcomer also benefits from a set of 19-inch cast aluminum wheels with polished or painted finish wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 2 performance tires.

Inside, the new CTS-V Coupe excels in performance and luxury. A new Saffron interior trim color is offered, with contrasting microfiber seat inserts and stitching on the upper trim areas.

The sharp-styled exterior appearance is a pure reflection of the technical precision and performance intent of the new vehicle. Sharing the same wheelbase as the CTS-V Sport Sedan, but with two inches (51 mm) lower and two inches (51 mm) shorter, the V-Series Coupe is set to establish itself among the world's top performing luxury coupes.

The LSA 6.2L supercharged V-8 power unit fitted in the 2011 CTS-V Coupe is the most powerful engine offered in Cadillac's history. Its output data of 556 horsepower (415 kW) and 551 lb.-ft. of torque (747 Nm) catapults the vehicle from zero to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds flat.
