Ford introduced the refreshened model of SVT Raptor. The performance truck now offers SuperCrew (four-door) model, new graphics, more colours and of course a more powerful engine as a standard.

Jost Capito, director of global performance vehicles and motorsports business development. commented: "When we launched the F-150 SVT Raptor, consumers were blown away with the capability of the vehicle,"

"By adding the SuperCrew, we have expanded the versatility of Raptor, and now even more enthusiasts will be able to experience the no-compromise off-road performance that only Raptor delivers.", he added.

The interior features a 4.2-inch LCD productivity screen, which also displays onboard information, express up/down front windows, a 110V power inverter, integrated spotter mirror, head restraint for second-row middle seat and a telescoping steering wheel.

The powerful 6.2 liter V8 with 417PS and 588Nm (434lb-ft) of torque, which was previously an option now comes as standard for the performance truck. The engine is mated with a SelectShift automatic transmission.

2011 SVT Raptor will be available in the showrooms in the end of this year.
