In Shanghai, on a special occasion of the DTM race, Audi has unveiled its brand-new TT GT4 concept. Engineered by the Ingolstadt brand's Technical Development and quattro GmbH, the Audi GT4 concept was showcased in few demo laps by the five-time Le Mans winner Frank Biela.

The exclusive sports machine represents the next logical step in Audi's new modular customer sport program and is scheduled for market launch from 2012.

Furthermore, the Audi TT GT4 ride is aimed at offering weekend racers an affordable price tag – approximately 120,000 Euro.

The specs of the concept sports ride include a motorsport body with a roll-over cage, a safety-optimized fuel tank box, as well as a TFSI engine that produces the amazing 340 horsepower (250 kW) and is linked to a S-tronic transmission with differential lock. In addition to that racy equipment, the TT also sports a modified production suspension with adjustable dampers, plus 9.5 x 18 inch light alloy wheels.
