At the PistonHeads: The Performance Car Show that will take place in Birmingham, UK, 14-17 January 2010, Autodelta will unveil the world’s first tuned Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione.

According to the available small piece of information, the leading Alfa Romeo tuning house has tweaked the vehicle’s exotic, Ferrari-developed 4.7-litre V8 engine unit with optimized software. Now the refined 8C Competizione’s engine output estimates 17 horsepower more than its stock 444 horsepower.

Autodelta also announced that they are working on chassis and suspension upgrades that will be presented at a later date.
