Chevrolet and Realtree Create a Special Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 Edition
Chevrolet has just released a Silverado Realtree Edition based on the Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 crew cab models. The vehicle offers versatility and personalization options over the base models and the main inspiration is the great outdoors. The special edition Silverado is distinguished by its camo graphics delivered by Realtree, the world's leading camouflage brand.
The Realtree Edition Package
The pack offered on the grandeur 1500 LTZ Z71 crew cab features interior and exterior tweaks. The outside of the model is adorned by exterior camo graphics, blackout trim, black bow ties, off-road assist steps and black 20-inch wheels mated with all-terrain tires.
The vehicle also features the legendary Z71 off-road package featuring Rancho monotube shocks, Hill Decent Control, an underbody shield and the G80 auto locking rear differential. On the inside, the interior has received Realtree logo embroidered on the front-seat headrests, and Realtree camo logo and graphics.
Under the Hood is V8
Under the hood of the Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 is the powerful and efficient V8 engine. The powerplant is integral part of model's capability and utilization of advanced technologies such as direct injection, Active Fuel Management and continuously variable valve timing.
The purpose for this is to offer the best V8 fuel economy in a pickup, which here is 23 mpg in 5.3L models for the most powerful engine in a light-duty truck. Its rating is 420 horsepower (313 kW) and 623 Nm (460 lb-ft) of torque. Another benefit is that the more powerful 6.2L enables an 11,700-pound max trailering rating with LTZ Z71 crew cab models, when properly equipped.
2016 Chevrolet Silverado Realtree Edition is going on sale this spring.
