2015 Nissan 370Z NISMO was teased on Friday with the announcement that it is going to be revealed at the ZDAYZ event. The latter is the annual gathering of hundreds of Nissan, Datsun and NISMO owners and enthusiasts. The new 370Z NISMO made its official world debut there this weekend and the visitors of the event were the first to see it. The enhanced model features exterior, interior and performance refinements, along with 6-speed manual or a 7-speed automatic transmissions as well as 370Z NISMO Tech grade.

The new model is GT-R-inspired and has its functional and fully integrated aerodynamic body pieces. However, they have been optimized in order to deliver more aggressive and aerodynamic visual stance as well as enhanced front and rear downforce.

Other key feature include deep front fascia which sports LED Hyper Daytime Running Lights, black headlight bezels, NISMO emblem and signature NISMO red stripe. The latter starts on the integrated front chin spoiler and continues to the redesigned side sills, black-color sideview mirrors and he lower portion of the redesigned rear fascia.

In addition, the rear spoiler has been redesigned and downsized. 370Z NISMO runs on standard 19-inch NISMO lightweight forged aluminum-alloy wheels. They have been developed by RAYS and feature twin-five spoke design and a charcoal gray machine-finish.

The interior of the car is also impressive and features black-and-red Recaro leather-appointed seats with Alcantara accents, red seat trim and stitching with NISMO logo, an Alcantara-appointed leather-wrapped steering wheel and NISMO red tachometer. Technologies found on this NISMO include drive-based Nissan Navigation System with 7.0-inch VGA touch-sensitive display, RearView Monitor, Bose Audio System, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Streaming Audio via Bluetooth, auto-dimming rearview mirror and HomeLink Universal Transceiver.

More importantly, 2015 Nissan 370Z NISMO is driven by the 3.7-liter DOHC V6 engine with Variable Valve Event and Lift Control (VVEL). The unit is matched with a tuned H-configured exhaust system, muffler tuning and an enhanced calibration. It is rated at 350 horsepower (257 kW) and 374 Nm (276 lb-ft) of torque.

For the first time of Z NISMO model there are two transmission choices: a close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission with SynchroRev Match as a standard, and an optional 7-speed automatic transmission with Downshift Rev Matching (DRM), Adaptive Shift Control and manual shift mode with paddle shifters.

Furthermore, the 370Z NISMO also features refined 4-wheel independent suspension, NISMO-branded strut tower brace and a pair of performance dampers. In fact, NISMO's tuned suspension sports special springs and stabilizer bars, large Nissan Sport Brakes and a Viscous Limited-Slip Differential (VLSD) as a standard. At last, there are four exterior color choices: Solid Red, Magnetic Black, Brilliant Silver and Pearl White.

2015 Nissan 370Z NISMO is scheduled to go on sale in July this year.
