Mercedes-Benz S 350 BlueTEC is now fitted with ECO start/stop as standard making it even more efficient than before. To be more precise – 10%, which means 45.6 mpg on the combined cycle while CO2 emissions have been reduced by 7% to 164 g/km.
So, the S 350 BlueTEC is the first model, which meets EU 6 regulations, which will come into effect in the UK until 2014.

Mercedes-Benz USA has released a nice video, where the sports coupe – 2012 C63 AMG makes some "Figure Eight Drift" around two cars of the same model.
Seems not that difficult with its 6.2 liter naturally aspirated V8 delivering 457PS (336 kW) and 600Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque. Mercedes-Benz has released some Interior pictures of the upcoming 2012 B-Class. The manufacturer will put high-quality materials and some additional extras in the hatchback.

Mercedes has released two pictures of the Viano Vision Pearl Concept, which will be exhibited at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show.
The vehicle boasts a full leather interior in white and grey, wood floor, brushed aluminium trim, chromatically tinting windows and the Bang & Olufsen high-end sound system make a journey in the Viano Vision Pearl a memorable experience for up to 6 occupants.

Carlsson has announced the new tuning program for the Mercedes S Class type W221. It includes both performance and styling packages.
The Carlsson Mercedes S600 L is powered by V12 bi-turbo engine tuned to 600PS (441 kW) and 1024Nm of torque. The result is thanks to an ECU re-map, a sports air filter and a sport exhaust system. 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and top speed of 320 km/h (199 mph).

Mercedes-Benz has announced the new 2012 S Class Grand Edition W221. The W221 Grand Edition is created to celebrate the 60 years that passed since the model first entered the market.
The car was developed by the AMG PERFORMANCE STUDIO and comes with a new aerodynamics package. The body kit features a new front spoiler with integrated LED daytime running lights and a lower air intake, a pair of new side skirts, a rear apron and a re-styled rear bumper.

Mercedes-AMG has developed a new 5.5-litre V8 engine, which will first be introduced in the upcoming 2012 SLK 55 AMG. Thanks to a fuel saving of around 30% compared to the existing AMG 5.5-litre V8 engine, the naturally aspirated, high-revving eight-cylinder demonstrates the great innovative strength of AMG.

Prior Design has announced the special styling package for the Mercedes-Benz SL R230.
The aerodynamic package includes: a new front bumper, modified rear bumper, new front fenders, modified front bonnet, a pair of side skirts, rear widenings, a rear diffusor, rear trunk spoiler, front lip spoiler and replacement windshield water tank.
