PEUGEOT Boxer Electric will make its world debut at the Commercial Vehicle Show today, adding a zero-emission unit to the already appealing Boxer LCV range. This adds to PEUGEOT’s electrification plan, which will see all models in the lineup with electric engines by 2023. The vehicle on display at the NEC is L1H1 435 panel van.

As the van market fragments, manufacturers are looking for new niches. And an emerging niche at Hanover seems to be all-wheel drive versions of panel vans, with a number of manufacturers showing 4x4 vans.
Ford announced the Transit AWD, which marries an all-wheel drive system to a 140PS 2.4-litre TDCi diesel and a 6-speed manual transmission. It is available for all different body styles, roof heights and wheelbases on Transits in the 3.3 to 3.5-tonne weight class.

Peugeot’s new Partner Tepee will replace the current Partner Combi which has sold over 17,000 units since its introduction in August 2001. It will become the second model in Peugeot’s new Tepee range which was launched with the introduction of the Expert Tepee back in March 2007.
Three Partner Tepee versions will be available, the standard Urban version, the S and an Outdoor version aimed at customers who enjoy exploring locations off the beaten track.
