The specialists from the tuning company Gemballa are once again setting new stunning results and standards for beefed up models based on Porsche Panamera. Now the German tuner unveiled a more powerful variant of the Gemballa GTP 700 which already accomplished a new acceleration record for the roadworthy cars by reaching 338,8 kph on the high-speed track in Nardo in southern Italy.

Here's a video of a Hennessey C7 Corvette going pretty briskly in a straight line. In fact, Hennessey say that this is the first ever 2014 Corvette Stingray to break the 200 mph mark. How much did it achieve? 200.6 mph.

The Nardo Ring test track, borrowing its name from the town of Nardo Italy because of the relative proximity of the two, is a 7.8 mile circle track with a constant bank. Gemballa will introduce their latest project at the 2013 Essen Motor Show. It is called GTP 700 and it is based on the recently facelifted Porsche Panamera Turbo. As you may suggest the number is the amount of HP under the bonnet, but the stylish 4-door coupe comes with more than that.
