Jaguar will showcase the new XFR and XKR in the heart of Canary Wharf at this year's London Motorexpo. Between 8 - 14 June, this bespoke motor show promises to attract more than 350,000 visitors, making it an ideal venue for the UK debut of Jaguar's range-topping models.

Jaguar will also display the recently launched XF Diesel S - What Diesel magazine's 'Best Executive Car' for 2009 - featuring a high performance, 3.0-litre diesel engine. This new car is 1.8 seconds quicker than the outgoing 2.7-litre it replaces while producing 10 percent less CO2 with an improved average fuel consumption of 42.0mpg - a 12 percent improvement.

The new XFR is powered by the all-new supercharged 5.0-litre which reaches 60mph from standstill in just 4.7 seconds. Distinguished by a unique exterior and interior, this ultimate sports saloon delivers a massive 510 horsepower and has Active Differential Control and Adaptive Dynamics suspension to make sure the driver can use it.

The new XKR features a 5.0-litre supercharged engine propelling it to 60mph in just 4.6 seconds. The XK features a 5.0-litre naturally aspirated engine delivering 385PS and 515Nm of torque propelling it to 60mph in just 5.2 seconds.

With interior enhancements, advanced lightweight aluminium body structure and a wider range of models, the new XKR builds on 60 years of legendary performance to deliver the best of everything Jaguar.

Geoff Cousins, UK Managing Director of Jaguar Cars, said: "The XFR and XKR have been critically acclaimed by the UK's motoring media since launch, both for their beautiful design and exceptional driving dynamics. London's Motorexpo allows us to reach an incredibly desirable audience and with research showing that 85 percent of visitors to the show don't attend any other motoring event, it is important for Jaguar to have a presence."

Graeme Carver, Motorexpo managing director said: The 2010 XFR and XKR epitomise Jaguar's ethos for delivering beautiful, fast cars and Motorexpo is the perfect platform for the debut of such vehicles given our superb urban location. Unlike other motoring events, the 2009 Motorexpo is completely free for the public to attend and we look forward to welcoming our biggest ever crowds to Canary Wharf this summer!"

The XF has won more than 20 international accolades since its launch, including What Car? 'Car of the Year', Auto Express 'Car of the Year' and Top Gear 'Limo of the Year'. More recently, the XF was voted 'Britain's Best Car' in the Auto Express Driver Power Survey for 2009 which recognised the combination of luxury, comfort and driving dynamics for the owner.

When first launched in 2006, the XK was voted Top Gear's 'Car of the Year', and since then both the XK and XKR have picked up a number of significant accolades, including What Car? magazine's 'Best Coupe' for 2008*.

The XFR is priced at £59,900 while the XKR Coupe is priced from £72,400.

*The XKR was voted 'Best Coupe' in the over £40,000 category at the 2008 What Car? Awards.
