Hyundai ix35 appeared to be one of the most demanded vehicles on the market, not only across Europe, but also worldwide. Because of this, there are long waiting lists for the 2.0-litre diesel deriviative in particular.

The company has an exclusive offer for those, who wait for the big diesel. The offer will enable customers to own a new 1.7-litre diesel manual ix35 immediately, and run it until their original ix35 2.0-litre diesel is ready.

This is how the offer works:

  • Customer buys a 1.7-litre diesel ix35 from their dealership before the end of March – at the same time completing any part exchange they intended.
  • When the customer's ix35 2.0-litre diesel they ordered is ready, they can part exchange the 1.7-litre diesel at the price they paid for it, against their new 2.0 diesel - paying only the difference between the price they paid for the 1.7-litre and the price of the new 2.0-litre car as previously agreed with their dealer*.
  • In addition, Hyundai will give the customer £300 to cover costs that may be incurred for arranging finance and insurance on two cars instead of one

"The demand for ix35 and long waiting list demonstrates the popularity of the vehicle, but we are very aware of the inconvenience that these delays are causing our customers. We are doing all we can to improve the situation and constantly looking at ways to alleviate the wait. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we hope that this offer of an alternative ix35 will be attractive for our longest waiting customers", commented Tony Whitehorn, Hyundai UK's managing director.

Hyundai ix35 is priced from just £16 495.

The entry-level ix35 Style model includes 17" alloy wheels, ESP, air conditioning, built-in Bluetooth phone connectivity, heated front and rear seats, electric heated door mirrors with integrated LED side repeaters, leather steering wheel and gearknob, reverse parking sensors and a trip computer.
