At the Tokyo Motor show 2009, Subaru finally unveiled its exclusive Hybrid Tourer Concept. The future grand touring vehicle looks even more impressive on the real photos instead of the computer renders. Developed to deliver a huge amount of driving performance, safety and  environmental friendliness, the new concept car proposes Subaru's latest DNA evolutions.

Subaru Hybrid Tourer Concept excels with its amazing interior design, which features four independent and comfortably positioned seats, movable dashboard, anti-eyestrain windshield and innovative leather covering with superior breathability and ventilation function.

The concept touring car is powered by a 2.0-liter Horizontally-Opposed direct fuel-injection turbo gasoline engine with powerful acceleration connected with two motors, one in the front and one in the rear. Furthermore the car is equipped with a Lineartronic (CVT) transmission and Symmetrical AWD system.
