Mcchip-dkr has released the most exclusive power upgrade programme for the Ford Focus RS, which increases the output data of the small beast to the enormous 401 horsepower and 612 Nm of maximum torque.

Actually, the well-known German software tuner is offering the new programme in two stages. Mcchip-dkr power stage 1 includes only ECU remap, which increases the Ford Focus RS serial engine's performance to the comfortable 345 horsepower and 520 Nm of torque. Price tagged at 799 Euro, stage 1 also increases the hot hatch's V-max to 271 km/h.

However it is Mcchip-dkr's power stage 2 that transforms the Focus RS into a striking sports vehicle. Thanks to a reengineered intercooler, sports exhaust system, modified inlet manifold and new engine electronics, the new Focus RS now boasts the amazing 401 horsepower and 612 Nm of maximum torque. Already available for a price of 4,499 Euro, the impressive power stage 2 increases the top speed of the small athlete to 278 km/h.
