In the last episode (number 254), the German TV-car magazine – DSF,  showed how the track-test operator Patric Simon - behind the wheels of a Wiesmann GT MF5 at the LUK Driving Center reached a lap time of 1:06:60 min with a top speed of 201,48 km/h. With this result the Wiesmann GT MF5 is replacing the Porsche 911 GT3 from its leading position. Followed by the Audi R8 226 and the BMW M6.

The Wiesmann GT MF5 is equipped with a high-revving BMW V10 who delivers 507 HP and completes the sprint from standstill to 100km/h in 3.9 sec. With a sensational power-to-weight ratio of 2.7 kg/hp and a top speed of 310 km/h, this Coupe plays for top honours in the premier league for sports cars.
