BMW US has announced the pricing of the all-new 2014 X5 (F15).
The entry level model -sDrive35i RWD (rear-wheel drive) starts from just $53,725 (including $925 destination charge). Next in the price list is the same model, but with xDrive (AWD), which is priced from $56,025.
Both of them are powered by a TwinPower Turbo 3.0-liter inline-six engine with 300HP (224 kW) at 5,800RPM and 406 Nm (300 lb-ft) at just 1,200RPM.

The first BMW X5 was introduced in 1999, it’s code is E53. Since it was put on sale, the big SAV (Sport Activity Vehicle) became an instant hit. X5 was better in every single point compared to the direct rival – Mercedes-Benz ML. The BMW had better engines, better handling, more aggressive look and it was also better off the road. Because of all these good aspects, BMW didn’t wait too much and refreshed the X5 at 2003 with the introduction of the xDrive – one of the best four wheel-drive systems

As far as the latest project by HAMANN-Motorsport is concerned, the name says it all: the Laupheim-based refiner called its latest creation for BMW X6 TYCOON. This description has its roots in Japanese culture and is originally a synonym for an extraordinary shape – a comparison which can also be transferred to the X6-makeover.
