Hyundai has released further details about the 2011 i10 model.

The small city car features a new front fascia, restyled lighting units, and a modified rear bumper.

The interior has a new instrument cluster featuring an eco-shift indicator, better seats, additional chrome accents, and a rear seat cup holder. There are four trim levels, however all models come with air conditioning, a six-speaker audio system (with iPod connectivity), power windows, and central locking as standard.

The engine range includes 1.0 liter three-cylinder engine with 69PS (51 kW). It enables the car to accelerate in 14.8 seconds to 100 km/h and to reach a top speed of 150 km/h, but the important is the fuel consumption - an average of 67.3 mpg and CO2 emissions of 99 g/km.

The more powerful 1.3 liter four-cylinder has 86PS and run from 0 to 100 km/h in 12.2 seconds, hit a top speed of 169 km/h. The fuel efficiency is 61.4 mpg.

2011 Hyundai i10 is priced at £9 195 (OTR).
