Mazda Unveils the Christmas Presents: 2016 CX-5 Becomes Even More Appealing
Mazda has already revealed its Christmas presents for all the brand lovers out there. Along with extended list of standard features, Mazda North American Operations adds value and reduces complexity for the CX-5's trim level upgrades.
For the upcoming 2016 season Mazda includes a backup camera on all trim levels as a standard feature, along with Mazda's SKYACTIV-Drive six-speed automatic gearbox. Furthermore, CX-5 Touring vehicles will benefit from new navigation system and heated front seat that are now also part of the standard equipment.
But this is not all! Along with the SKYACTIV manual gearbox, the 2016 CX-5 entry level will also be geared with the SKYACTIV-G 2.0-liter power unit that produces a total of 155hp (113kW), while advanced level models will be offered with automatic SKYACTIV transmission and a 2.5-liter SKYACTIV engine with 184hp (135kW).
Also, all trim levels will be available with standard front-wheel drive system and the i-ACTIV all-wheel drive will be optional. What is special for the AWD system is that it is paired to a special system that reads outside weather temperatures and intelligently and efficiently distributes torque levels. How cool is that?
So, what do you think about Mazda's birthday presents? Do they fit your style? And the most important: what do you want to receive for Christmas?
