Volkswagen has revealed the new all-electric version of the 2013 Up!. The four-seat car – which operates with nearly zero noise – is being shown at today’s Annual Press and Investors Conference in Wolfsburg. It impresses with its driving range of 150 km and excellent everyday practicality.
The electric motor has a maximum output of 82HP (60 kW) and a continuous power of 55HP (40 kW). The torque is 210Nm (155 lb-ft) from the first rev. 0-100 km/h in 14 seconds and a top speed of 135 km/h

2013 Volkswagen Golf Estate is making a first world appearance at this Geneva Motor Show. The model has been present on the automotive market for twenty years. This Volkswagen model resembles the Golf hatchback but is based on the MQB platform and in addition is up to 105 kg lighter than its predecessor.
Furthermore, for the first time the Golf Estate will be available as a full BlueMotion model as well, with a combined fuel consumption of just 85.6 mpg which is equivalent to 87 g/km of CO2.

ABT Sportsline will take four new models at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The tuning specialists will exhibit: ABT Golf VII, ABT R8 GTR, ABT RS5 and ABT RS6. The combined power of all these vehicles is more than 1860HP.
The 7th generation Golf boasts a set of 19” alloy wheels fitted with 225/35 R19 tires, a quad exhaust setup, along with a custom sports suspension and several styling changes such as a rear diffuser, side skirts and splitter.

Volkswagen has announced the new Golf GTI, which will make its official debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The 7th generation of GTI will be also available in Performance variant with more power. Starting price is 28,350 with first order books open up in early March in Germany.

Volkswagen has announced the new Golf Plug-in Hybrid, which is based on the 7th generation of the hatchback. It is expected to hit the market in the beginning of the next year.
The Golf VII Plug-in Hybrid is powered by a 1.4 liter TFSI with 150HP (110 kW) and a 102HP (75 kW) electric motor coupled to a dual-clutch S-tronic 6-speed gearbox. The powertrain is the same as in Audi A3 e-Tron Plug-in Hybrid. The total power is 204HP (150 kW) and 350Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque.
